OVS Group is seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to join the Digital Business Team in a full-time role. You will manage loyalty programs across brands, drive CRM activities to boost retention, and develop multi-channel communications with the marketing team.

You will monitor CRM KPIs, ensure data quality, and collaborate with store operations and digital teams. English fluency is required, and the role offers hybrid working options.

Competenze

• University background in Economics, Marketing, Statistics.
• At least 3 years of experience with a solid focus on CRM.
• Proven experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Digital and innovation-oriented mindset.
• Expertise in CRM and Retail reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to join our Digital Business Team.

About the role:

• Contribute to the operational management of loyalty programs of each different brand
• Deliver CRM activities in order to encourage customer retention and loyalty
• Develop multi-channel communications including personalized newsletter, SMS and push messages in partnership with the marketing team
• Monitor CRM and loyalty KPIS
• Managing customer database quality, integrity and enrichment
• Partner with the store operations and digital teams to optimize CRM actions
• Training for store teams of the CRM projects
• CRM initiatives and loyalty program of Stefanel and other brands of OVS Group collaborating with the other CRM team members.

What We're Looking For:

• University background in Economics, Marketing, Statistics
• At least 3 years of experience with a solid focus on CRM
• Proven experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Strong analytical mindset
• Digital and innovation-oriented mindset
• Expertise in CRM and Retail reporting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team player, able to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential

The opportunity is full time, with annual salary range between 35.000 euro - 40.000 euro.
