Qualifications

• Good knowledge of English and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage crew presentation centres to ensure services are available to flight crews.
• Verify crew numbers during reporting and coordinate with operations on absences.
• Submit Crew APIS data to local authorities as required.
• Oversee crew transportation service provision in Rome and related logistics.
• Manage uniform replacements and inventory for flight crew.
• Identify service gaps and propose efficiency improvements to reduce response times.
