What You'll Be Shaping

This role sits at the intersection of creativity, operations, and strategy. You'll work closely with teams across the company to ensure that every detail of the onboard experience reflects ITA Airways' brand promise. From the initial idea to the final product on board, you'll be involved in every step of the journey.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Collaborating on the design and development of onboard products and materials, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and a passenger‑first approach.
• Defining technical specifications that align with our brand positioning, travel class expectations, and passenger profiles.
• Working alongside procurement teams to support supplier selection, monitor performance, and help manage contracts throughout the purchasing cycle.
• Keeping a close eye on onboard material purchases made by foreign airports to ensure consistency and quality.
• Designing new products and services that elevate the passenger experience and keep us at the forefront of innovation.
• Partnering with operational teams to develop technical documentation, procedures, and presentations that bring new concepts to life.
• Team-ing up with the Customer Engagement & Insights group to track satisfaction metrics and drive continuous improvements based on real feedback.
• Contributing to content for communications and the company website, ensuring our onboard story is told clearly and compellingly.
• Participating in broader group projects aimed at evolving the onboard customer experience.

What You Bring to the Table

We're looking for someone with a blend of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution. You should feel equally comfortable discussing material specifications and collaborating across departments to move projects forward. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Master's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or another technical or scientific discipline.
• Previous experience in onboard services or roles focused on service design and implementation.
• The ability to work in a fast‑paced, competitive environment where meeting ambitious goals is part of the culture.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and levels of the organization.
• Solid organizational skills and the flexibility to travel as needed.
