Munich Re Specialty – Global Markets (MRS-GM) in Milan seeks a Credit Controller to manage premium receivables, liaise with brokers and underwriters, and drive timely payments. The role reports to the Credit Control Manager and supports a robust credit control process within a global specialty insurance setting.

You will process transactions, analyse aged reports, and ensure accuracy across systems while maintaining strong internal/external stakeholder collaboration and adherence to procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Experience or knowledge of end-to-end receivables process.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communication with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Ensure premium payments are received within agreed credit terms, maximising collections and supporting credit targets.
• Process and administer credit control transactions accurately and in line with procedures.
• Produce, analyse and investigate aged debtor reports and credit balances.
• Chase, resolve, negotiate and reconcile aged credit accounts with brokers; ensure funds reach clients promptly.
• Collaborate with underwriters to resolve accounting queries and errors quickly.
• Monitor payments and maintain accurate records across relevant systems.
• Respond to customer enquiries and manage allocated correspondence; keep KPIs up to date.
• Document processes, manage tasks to timelines and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
