TikTok is seeking a Creator Operations Intern for TikTok Shop Spain to support partnerships and creator onboarding. The role emphasizes stakeholder communication in English and Italian, hands-on execution, and strong planning for campaigns.

This internship offers exposure to livestreaming, brand campaigns, and creator-driven initiatives in a fast-paced tech environment. Start dates include June 7th, June 21st, or July 5th, 2027.

• Assist in conducting and tracking creator campaign and promotional activities; analyze performance trends and distill insights to improve campaigns.
• Assist the team in operating simple OBS livestreams, production, and camera-work; help manage branded and creator-initiated livestreams for top creators and celebs.
• Participate in campaign planning, execution, and other creator operation projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently studying a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or any similar field

Preferred Qualifications

• Be enthusiastic, responsible, result‑driven and efficient, can work in a fast paced environment.
• Internship experience in large Commerce platforms, leading consulting or Internet companies is a plus
• Good understanding of the Commerce industry & its business structure, consumer needs and demand, influencers, social media, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape

The initial gross monthly salary for this position in the selected city is EUR1625.
