Aceolution Inc. is seeking a Creative Producer to drive event and lab projects from initial scope to launch.

You will document scope for the Head of the Lab to decide on greenlight and, if approved, lead end-to-end project and event management with the Head of GAC Lab to maximize impact. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage agendas, budgets, communications, and milestones, and lead production of event-related creative assets.

Responsabilités

• Support initial scope of Lab project documenting for Head of the Lab.
• If greenlit, manage end-to-end project/event management with Head of GAC Lab.
• Manage all project processes: agendas, budgets, communications, milestones.
• Plan and execute projects, anticipate roadblocks, resolve issues, coordinate stakeholders.
• Lead production of event-related creative assets.
• Interact with cross-functional teams within Google and external partners (artists, cultural institutions, vendors).
• Post-project reporting to ensure Lab thought leadership effectiveness.

As a CREATIVE PRODUCER, you will be responsible in:

Role responsibilities:

• Support the initial scope of the Lab project (event / roundtable) providing documentation to the Head of the Lab so that a decision can be made whether to greenlight the project
• If the project is greenlight, they will be responsible for end-to-end project / event management and work closely with Head of GAC Lab to ensure impact
• Manage all project related processes and tasks, including agendas, meetings, budgets, communications etc to ensure all milestones are met.
• Drive projects forward with seamless planning and execution, including anticipating roadblocks, resolving issues, managing stakeholders and evolving plans as required.
• Lead production of event-related creative assets / artefacts
• Interact with, manage and coordinate a wide range of cross-functional teams within Google, as well as external work streams with artists, cultural institutions, vendors etc.
• Ensure the effectiveness of the Lab’s thought leadership program by conducting post-project reporting.
