SSI SCHAEFER is seeking a CR Software Engineer to evolve and optimize software solutions deployed at customer sites within the Customer Service organization.

You will design, validate, and deploy software enhancements, provide second-level support, and maintain technical documentation, while training customer personnel.

This role combines development with direct customer interaction, aligning software solutions with ongoing technological advances of the company.

Competenze

• Proficiency in C# and Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Familiarity with relational databases including SQL Server and Oracle.
• Knowledge of software solutions for business process management systems.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).

Mansioni

• Software customization: Design and develop software modifications and enhancements according to customer requirements and project specifications.
• Software validation: Test and validate developed functionalities to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and expected performance.
• Software deployment: Install and deploy software updates and customizations remotely and/or at customer sites.
• Second-Level support: Deliver advanced technical support following software deployment, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring timely resolution.
• Technical documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to software functionality, configurations, and implemented enhancements.
• Customer training: Provide training and knowledge transfer to customer personnel, ensuring effective use of implemented solutions.
