Job summary

WTS Energy is seeking an experienced Cost Estimator for our Vicenza, Italy team. The role focuses on developing accurate cost estimates for complex construction and infrastructure projects, with emphasis on materials, labour, equipment, and subcontracting costs.

You will analyse tender documents and drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and collaborate with technical and procurement teams to support bids and budgets. Fluency in Italian is required, English is an advantage.

• Proven experience estimating costs for construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs and quantities.
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, materials and labour rates.
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cost estimation within construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects.

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with estimating software and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in Italian; knowledge of English is an advantage.
