Job summary

WTS Energy seeks an experienced Cost Controller for an infrastructure project in Sardinia, Italy. The role focuses on monitoring costs, preparing forecasts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting to support project delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of cost control experience in large-scale construction, with strong Excel and ERP skills. Fluency in Italian is required with English an advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cost control within infrastructure, civil engineering, or large-scale construction projects (1-3 years).
• Knowledge of project budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with cost analysis, variance reporting, and change management.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and project cost management tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Italian; English language skills are an advantage.
