Mercury is the European leader in construction solutions, seeking a Cost Controller in Milan to support the Construction Team with cost control, forecasting, and reporting. The role involves preparing client accounts, managing subcontractor payments, and handling site expenses.

• Degree or relevant industry experience

Mansioni

• Provide full support to Construction Team including cost control
• Weekly reporting to site and sector commercial managers and the line manager
• Prepare monthly accounts for the Client
• Forecast cash inflows and outflows
• Complete month-end reports for projects
• Manage subcontractor applications and payment certificates
• Manage car and house rentals and related invoices
• Coordinate site catering and site rental costs
• Approve and create purchase orders for hire and subsistence
• Ensure reimbursement for staff travel and accommodations
