Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Cost Manager on a range of tasks.
• Conduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking.
• Estimate and produce cost plans.
• Compile and amend the tender list.
• Draft procurement documentation.
• Check and analyse tenders.
• Draft tender reports and monthly reports.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, designers, etc.
