An international asset management consultancy is seeking a Cost Consultant/Quantity Surveyor in Treviso, Italy. This full-time role involves managing costs for hospitality and data center projects from planning to completion, including budget preparation and contract negotiation. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant field, 3-5 years of experience, and proficiency in both Italian and English. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential, along with proficiency in quantity surveying software. Competitive salary offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field required.
• Three to five years of technical delivery experience as economist/QS/cost consultant.
• Fluency in both Italian and English is essential.
