Your Role

As a Corporate Project Manager at Technogym you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of cross‑functional projects. Your primary purpose is to provide centralized management over a portfolio of corporate projects, guaranteeing they align with our business goals, are completed on time, and stay within budget. You will serve as a key liaison between department heads, executive stakeholders, and project teams to foster collaboration and ensure seamless project delivery.

Your Impact

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Implement and oversee project management methodologies and best practices across the organization.
• Analyze project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize potential roadblocks.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders, including regular status reporting.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop and manage detailed project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve ambitious goals and deliver high‑quality results.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope, and within budget.

About You

• You have a background in strategic or management consulting, with 2‑4 years of experience in a dynamic, results‑oriented environment.
• You possess a strong analytical mindset and are skilled at breaking down complex problems to find effective solutions.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to top management.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus.
• You are a proactive individual with a natural aptitude for leadership and teamwork.
• You are familiar with key project management methodologies and are eager to apply your skills in a structured, international corporate setting.
