Technogym in Italy seeks a Corporate Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives and oversee a portfolio of cross‑functional projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, on‑time delivery, and budget adherence. You will liaise between department heads, executives, and project teams, develop detailed plans, implement PM methodologies, assess risks, and report progress to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in strategic consulting, strong analytics, and fluent English.

Your Role

As a Corporate Project Manager at Technogym you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of cross-functional projects.

Your primary purpose is to provide centralized management over a portfolio of corporate projects, guaranteeing they align with our business goals, are completed on time, and stay within budget.

You will serve as a key liaison between department heads, executive stakeholders, and project teams to foster collaboration and ensure seamless project delivery.

Your Impact

Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

Implement and oversee project management methodologies and best practices across the organization.

Analyze project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize potential roadblocks.

Ensure clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders, including regular status reporting.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Develop and manage detailed project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial objectives are met.

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

Lead and motivate project teams to achieve ambitious goals and deliver high-quality results.

Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

About You

You have a background in strategic or management consulting, with 2-4 years of experience in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.

You possess a strong analytical mindset and are skilled at breaking down complex problems to find effective solutions.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to top management.

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus.

You are a proactive individual with a natural aptitude for leadership and teamwork.

You are familiar with key project management methodologies and are eager to apply your skills in a structured, international corporate setting.

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition.

For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 40,000 and 60,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
