Technogym cerca un Product Development Manager per guidare lo sviluppo prodotto presso Technogym Village a Cesena, Italia. Il ruolo richiede responsabilità su costi, tempi e innovazione, con focus sull’applicazione del Global Solution Process e sulla crescita professionale del team.

Si lavora in un contesto internazionale, collaborando con fornitori e reparti di sviluppo per migliorare processi e prodotti. Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica e competenze in CAD sono essenziali.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o titolo equivalente.
• Esperienza significativa in RD/Disegno in contesti strutturati (es. automotive, manifatturiero).
• Competenza in strumenti CAD 3D, preferibilmente PTC Creo.

Mansioni

• Responsabile del processo di sviluppo prodotto dalla progettazione all'avvio della produzione.
• Assicurare costi, qualità, time-to-market, innovazione e competitività degli sviluppi.
• Definire strategie e obiettivi di sviluppo in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali.
• Gestire outsourcing di design e collaborazione con fornitori esterni.

Your Role

We are looking for a Product Development Manager to join our R&D Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). In this role, you will be responsible for achieving cost, quality, time-to-market, innovation, and competitiveness goals in product development. As Product Development Manager, you will contribute to defining strategies and objectives and ensure the effective application of the Company's Global Solution Process with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will oversee team activities while fostering professional development, manage design outsourcing and co-design with suppliers, and promote integration across product development areas.

Your Impact

Accountable for new product development process from design to the start of production

Ensure that product development meets objectives for cost, quality, time-to-market, innovation, and competitiveness

Collaborate in defining product development strategies and objectives aligned with company goals

Ensure the effective application of the Global Solution Process (GSP) and contribute to its continuous improvement

Plan and oversee the activities of team members, fostering their professional development in both technical and managerial skills

Manage the outsourcing of design activities and co-design efforts with external suppliers while maintaining control over product development

Promote collaboration and integration across various product development areas to enhance overall efficiency and innovation

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

Experience of, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent account management / solution selling / strategic thinking / relationship skills.

What you should bring

• Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Extensive experience in R&D and/or Design Departments of structured companies (e.g. automotive, manufacturing, electronic goods, etc)
• Expert user of 3D CAD systems (preferably PTC Creo)
• Experience in project management with challenging objectives related to product development costs and deadlines
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, processes and cost drivers
• Knowledge of Competitive Products
• Knowledge of technologies applied to Platform Products
• Knowledge of SPG
• Knowledge of business processes for BOM management in the ERP system
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• English fluency (minim level B2 CEFR)

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition.

For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 60,000 and 80, 000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
