Technogym ricerca un Mechatronic/Electronic Project Leader per guidare lo sviluppo, la validazione e l'industrializzazione di sistemi mecattronici ed elettronici. Il ruolo combina leadership tecnica, gestione progetti e coordinamento cross‑funzionale per garantire soluzioni di prodotto di alta qualità, a costi contenuti e tempi competitivi lungo l’intero ciclo di vita.

Competenze

• Master in Mechatronics or Electronics engineering or related field.
• Experience in mechatronic/electronic system design, development and industrialization.
• Knowledge of embedded systems, sensors, power electronics and networking.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end development of assigned project respecting quality, cost and timing targets.
• Define technical specifications and system architectures for integrated mechatronic solutions.
• Oversee design choices to maximize reliability, manufacturability and serviceability.
• Coordinate international OEM suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Manage creation, release and maintenance of specs, BOMs, test plans and reports.
• Support industrialization phases and rapid issue resolution.
• Contribute to DFMEA/PFMEA and risk mitigation activities.
• Promote continuous improvement in processes and design methodologies.

Your Role

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Mechatronic/Electronic Project Leader to drive the development, validation and industrialization of our mechatronic/electronic systems and devices. The role combines technical leadership, project management, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring the delivery of high quality, cost-effective, timely product solutions and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

Your Impact

• Lead the end‑to‑end development of assigned project, ensuring compliance with quality, performance, cost, and competitiveness targets.
• Guarantee the achievement of project timing, milestones, and budget objectives.
• Define technical specifications and system architectures, ensuring proper.integration of mechanics, electronics, and software.
• Supervise system and hardware design choices to ensure maximum product.reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability.
• Manage and coordinate international OEM suppliers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams involved in the assigned project (R&D electronics, mechanics, firmware, manufacturing engineering, purchasing, quality).
• Oversee the creation, release, and maintenance of all technical documentation (specifications, BOM, test plans, reports).
• Support industrialization phases, ensuring smooth product start‑up and rapid issue resolution.
• Support DFMEA/PFMEA, design reviews, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives in processes, tools, and design methodologies.
• Coordinate root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving activities to address product performance, reliability, or quality issues.

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down‑to‑earth and ethical. You can be resourceful and responsive in a fast‑paced environment that requires a high degree of customer satisfaction and confidence.

What you should bring

• Master's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in mechatronic and/or electronic system design, development and industrialization.
• Experience of embedded systems, sensors, power electronics, and networking technologies.
• Familiarity with product safety, EMC, and regulatory standards.
• Knowledge with PLM system (e.G., Windchill ) for managing product structures, engineering changes, and BOMs.
• Knowledge of validation and testing methodologies for mechatronic/ electronic systems.
• Nice to have experience with DFMEA/PFMEA.
• Project management capabilities: planning, execution, risk management.
• Problem‑solving mindset and structured analytical approach.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a structured product development process.
• Knowledge of MS Office and project tracking tools (e.G.Jira, MS Project, Notion).

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 45,000 and 60,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
