Our Client is seeking an Energy Regulatory Attorney to provide specialized legal counsel on energy sector regulations and compliance matters. The role focuses on advising on federal and state energy laws, including rates, tariffs, and regulatory filings, and supporting high-stakes regulatory proceedings.

The attorney will contribute to policy development for a leading entity in the energy sector and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business objectives.

Competenze

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the bar of any U.S. jurisdiction, with preference for energy regulatory experience.
• Demonstrated experience in energy law, including familiarity with FERC regulations and state utility law.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks.
• Experience handling regulatory filings, proceedings, or policy advocacy in the energy sector.
