Euronext Securities in Milan is seeking a Register Operations Intern to join the team. The role focuses on supporting accounting for transactions, assisting with flow discharge from intermediaries, and helping maintain the shareholders' register warehouse.

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Register Operations Intern to join the Euronext Securities team. The position will be based in Milan. Gross reimbursement : 800 euros, and ticket restaurant Minimum 6 months internship

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Supporting accounting for ordinary and extraordinary transactions
• Assisting with the discharge and diagnostics of flows from intermediaries, including operational management tasks such as printing registers and stamping operations
• Helping maintain the Shareholders’ Register warehouse and performing secretarial operations
• Supporting custody operations and basic activities related to the organisation and management of shareholder and stockholder meetings
• Providing general operational support to the team as required

Your profile:

• Studies in accounting or a bachelor’s degree in economics (or currently enrolled)
• Good proficiency with office tools, mainly Excel
• Propensity for teamwork and collaboration
• Organised and methodical approach to tasks
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and ledger management
• Basic understanding of legal principles
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
