ING in Milan is seeking a Payments Operations Assistant to gain hands-on experience within the Payments team and to learn back-office activities related to Retail banking services. You will participate in drafting and reviewing operating manuals, help implement process improvements, and support various administrative and analytical tasks to ensure compliance and accuracy.

This hybrid role offers exposure to Payment Systems, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across ING's

Competenze

• Degree in Economics or similar field required.
• Strong IT skills with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Accuracy, punctuality and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Good command of English.
• Previous experience in the field is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage settlement of services such as SCT payments, SDD, cheques.
• Review operating manuals related to procedures.
• Support in implementing or improving Area processes.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies.
• Analyze the most relevant transactions.
• Prepare data summary reports for other areas.
• Assist in managing relationships with second-level functions.
• Retrieve data for risk indicators.
• Support supplier monitoring activities and risk event closure.
