Dematic cerca un Ingegnere Elettrico/Automazione per guidare progetti di controllo e automazione, con forte focus su sicurezza, qualità e consegna puntuale. La posizione prevede messa in servizio on-site di sistemi di controllo (PLC/HMI/SCADA), produzione di documenti di collaudo secondo BS EN ISO 12100, e requisiti di viaggio internazionali entro l'EMEA.

Si richiede laurea in ingegneria, esperienza in ruoli simili, e disponibilità a viaggiare; laurea preferibile, conoscenze di schemi elettrici

Qualifications

• Studi legati all'Ingegneria Elettrica/Automazione.
• Laurea preferibile in disciplina rilevante.
• Esperienza in ruolo analogo.
• Buona conoscenza di PLC, HMI, SCADA e software di messa in servizio.
• Esperienza pratica di messa in servizio elettrica.
• Buona lettura di schemi elettrici e manuali tecnici.

Responsibilities

• Consegnare l'ambito e le attività del progetto rispettando sicurezza, qualità, consegna puntuale e budget.
• Commissioanare sistemi di controllo onsite, inclusa la messa in servizio elettrica e PLC, e fornire supporto a test e formazione utenti.
• Produzione di documentazione di messa in servizio (checklist, specifiche, metodi, valutazioni del rischio) per soluzioni automatizzate secondo BS EN ISO 12100.
• Interpretare schemi elettrici e input di progetto.
• Garantire CE compliant secondo la Direttiva Macchine.
• Comissionare la parte di sicurezza del sistema di controllo secondo BS EN ISO 13849/13850/60204.

Responsabilità e requisiti:

Main Job Objectives

• Deliver the assigned project scope and tasks by meeting\exceeding our safety, quality, On-Time-Delivery and budget requirements.
• To commission controls systems on-site including electrical and PLC software commissioning and to provide support to system test activities and training for the end user
• To produce commissioning documentation including, but not limited to, commissioning checklists, tests specifications, Method Statements and Risk Assessments for Automated solutions to BS EN ISO 12100.
• To interpret electrical schematics and design input information.
• Ensure systems supplied are CE Compliant to the Machinery Directive.
• Commission Safety Related Part of the Controls system solutions to the regulations and in accordance with BS EN ISO 13849/13850/60204 etc.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Studies related to Electrical/Controls Engineering
• Desirable: Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline
• Experience in a similar role
• Good understanding of PLC, HMI, SCADA development and commissioning software
• Hands-on experience with electrical commissioning.
• Good understanding of Electrical and Electronic technical manuals & drawings
• Good understanding of bus systems
• Understanding of distributed control systems desirable not essential
• Understanding of automated warehouse desirable not essential
• Ability to travel to customer sites, both domestically and internationally.
• Full driver’s license to support the travel requirements of the role.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering

Special Conditions:

• Role will require 70% travel to customer sites within the EMEA European region including travel to other Dematic offices or facilities across Europe in the undertaking of duties.
