Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Manager Controls to manage projects with responsibility for budget, planning and resources, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to scope.

You will lead creation and maintenance of the project plan, coordinate milestones with the customer, manage budgets for profitability, and control costs through effective tools and processes. Travel in Italy and abroad is required.

Competenze

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years’ Project Management experience.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Ability to travel frequently in Italy and abroad.
• Familiarity with IT tools, IT applications, networks including switch configuration.
• Problem solving skills.

Mansioni

• Lead creation and maintenance of the project plan.
• Oversee project budgets to improve profitability and control costs.
• Coordinate major milestones with the customer and resolve schedule issues.
• Define project schedule in line with customer requirements and internal resources.
• Ensure on-time delivery of projects within scope.
