Johnson Controls in Italy is seeking a Project Manager Controls to lead installation projects, manage budgets, and coordinate milestones with customers. You will build and maintain project plans, report trends, and drive on-time delivery while optimizing profitability.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, has at least 3 years of project management experience, speaks fluent English, and is willing to travel frequently in Italy and abroad.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years’ Project Management experience.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Ability to flexible work and to adapt to changing work schedules.
• Availability to frequent travels in Italy and abroad.

How you will do it

We are looking for a Project Manager Controls able to manage the projects under the own responsibility in terms of budget, planning, resources. The ideal candidate will maintain relations with the customer, evaluate any variation to the contracts and produce periodical reports in order to show the project trends to his responsible.

What we look for

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years’ Project Management experience
• Fluent English written and spoken
• Ability to a flexible work and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Availability to frequent travels in Italy and abroad on board
• Familiarity with IT tools, IT applications, networks including switch configuration
• Problem solving skills

We offer

• The initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of €40.900 – €56.200 per year.
• The final package will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role. The overall compensation package may include variable components and additional company benefits, which will be discussed during the selection process.
