Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Manager BMS to lead projects with ownership over budget, planning, and resources. You will maintain client relations, assess contract variations, and deliver periodical reports on project trends to your supervisor.

The ideal candidate holds a University degree in Engineering, has 5+ years of PM experience, and is fluent in English. Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad, plus strong IT/network skills, are required.

Competenze

University degree in Engineering.
At least 5 years’ Project Management experience.
Fluent English written and spoken.
Ability to flexible work and to adapt to changing work schedules.
Availability to frequent travels in Italy and abroad on board.
Familiarity with IT tools, IT applications, networks including switch configuration.
Problem solving skills.

Mansioni

Oversee projects under own responsibility in terms of budget, planning, resources.
Maintain relations with the customer and evaluate variations to contracts.
Produce periodical reports to show project trends to the supervisor.
Lead creation and maintenance of the project plan and coordinate milestones.
Manage project budgets and seek profitability improvements.
Control costs and maximize productivity through effective tools and processes.
Define project schedule per customer requirements and internal resources.
Make decisions under pressure and collaborate with teams.
