Johnson Controls in Milano is seeking a Project Manager Controls to oversee installation projects, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams. You will coordinate with customers, monitor milestones, and maintain schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a University degree in Engineering or equivalent, at least 3 years of PM experience, and fluent English. Travel across Italy and abroad is expected, with a focus on effective cost control and productive collaboration.

Competenze

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years’ Project Management experience.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Ability to a flexible work and to adapt to changing work schedules.
• Availability to frequent travels in Italy and abroad on board.
• Familiarity with IT tools, IT applications, networks including switch configuration.
• Problem solving skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee installation projects from start to finish within budget and schedule.
• Lead and maintain the project plan and milestones; coordinate with customers.
• Monitor contracts, variations and produce periodic project trend reports.
• Manage project budgets and seek cost-effective improvements to profit.
