Cosmetics Company in Milan is seeking a Financial & Business Controller to support FP&A, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead monthly closings, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analyses to drive efficiency.

You will partner with Sales and HQ, develop dashboards, and contribute to investments evaluation, cost optimization, and AI-enabled process improvements. Fluent English required, SAP/Excel expertise, and willingness to travel occasionally.

• 5+ years of experience in Controlling in FMCG or consumer goods.

• Manage monthly and annual closing activities, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Financial & Business Controller

Reporting directly to the CFO, your mission will be to support financial planning and controlling activities, ensuring accurate reporting, business analysis, and cross-functional support to drive company performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and annual closing activities, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and improve management reporting and profitability analyses to support business decisions.
• Perform variance analyses and ad hoc financial analyses, providing actionable recommendations.
• Support financial evaluation of investments and cost optimization initiatives.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards in collaboration with Headquarters.
• Participate in process improvement and system development projects, including AI-related tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Controlling, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods companies.
• Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of financial and business processes.
• Structured, reliable, and autonomous working style with strong team spirit.
• Ability to manage priorities and work under deadlines.
• Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Very good knowledge of SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools is considered a plus.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Availability for occasional business travel, including visits to Headquarters
