Haier Europe is offering a six-month full-time paid internship as a Control & Test Engineer Intern in Brugherio, Italy. The role focuses on developing an intelligent algorithm to monitor dishwasher operations, including water fill and temperature control, using sensor feedback and energy actuators.

You will work with software and hardware teams, performing experiments, data analysis, and validation to ensure effective solution deployment.

Competenze

• Recent graduate or student in Engineering.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.

Mansioni

What you will do

As Control & Test Engineer Intern, you will be involved in a project focused on the development and implementation of an intelligent algorithm based on physics, sensor feedback and other signals form energy actuators to detect and control critical element for dishwasher operations like water filing, temperature control and other undesirable phenomena like limescale formation inside the wash pumps etc.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Understanding basic physic
• supporting variability analysis activities using six sigma methodology;
• defining, together with our software team, an algorithm aimed at detecting early-stage limescale formation;
• performing experimental tests to verify and validate the algorithm effectiveness;
• collecting and analysing test data, optimizing the algorithm according to real user operating conditions;
• supporting the validation and implementation phases of the solution in project execution

What you need to succeed

• Recent graduate or student in Engineering field
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
