Job summary

Baker Hughes Italy seeks a Control System Test Bench Leader to drive string test operations, coordinating mechanical and electrical activities and ensuring safety and quality during testing.

You will collaborate with product engineering, assembly, and supplier teams to resolve non-conformities, maintain documentation, and deliver tests on time and within budgets. Fluency in English and Italian is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Drive string test operations aligned with production planning timeline.
• Supervise activities performed by external suppliers, including assembly, loop checks, wiring, and calibration.
• Provide technical guidance for non-conformity resolution with Engineering, Manufacturing, and other partner functions.
• Prepare and maintain operational quality and safety documentation, including reports and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and foster a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Monitor operational expenditures against project budgets and optimize costs while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.
• Capture and apply lessons learned during operations.
• Coordinate internal and external teams for successful test execution and delivery.
