TMC Italia | Technology and engineering services is seeking a Control Systems Engineer to design and improve control algorithms for electric and hybrid vehicles, leveraging model-based design and vehicle-level insights.

The role offers a permanent contract with a base gross annual salary of at least €30,000, plus a project profit-sharing component, an annual learning budget of €4,000 net, and a welfare allowance.

Competenze

• Master’s or PhD in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Control Engineer role or a similar position.
• Experience with model-based design tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink).
• Understanding of electric vehicle architectures and basic control strategies.
• Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in sustainable mobility and automotive innovation.

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €30.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services. TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit‑sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company’s applicable policies.
