Arcadis is the world-leading design, engineering, and consultancy firm delivering sustainable solutions for natural and built assets. The role covers comprehensive management of Building Contracts, site visits to monitor progress and quality, and providing contractual guidance on changes, costs, risks, and claims.

Extensive travel is required, with projects based mainly in the Milan hinterland. Candidates should have 10+ years in similar roles, English and Italian fluency (B2/C1), and a degree

Competenze

• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian (B2/C1).
• Fidic Contract knowledge is a must.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel autonomously; 80% travel expected.

Mansioni

• Manage the entirety of the Building Contracts.
• Visit the site regularly to review progress and quality with the Contractor.
• Provide contractual support and advice on potential change orders, cost impacts, risks, etc.
• Advise on client liability regarding claims from the Contractor.
• Discuss the adjusted contract sum with the Contractor and seek client authorisation.
• Manage and track closeout of claims with project team.
