You will interact with an international, diverse team and influence decisions through rigorous evaluation of costs, contracts, and documentation.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of due diligence experience in Real Estate or technical studios.
• Bachelor's and master's degree preferably in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Fluent in Italian and English (B2/C1).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills; teamwork oriented.

Mansioni

• Verify authorization, cadastral, urban planning, and building documentation.
• Perform site visits to assess condition, defects, and capital expenditure plan costs.
• Assess property's maintenance status and tenancy/lease contracts.
• Support client negotiations and draft purchase agreements with legal/tax/environmental teams.
• Prepare checklists and Q&A; analyze real estate development progress.
• Evaluate construction contracts and incurred costs; verify SALs.
• Certify work progress with cash flow updates.
