Arcadis in Milan is seeking a freelance Document Controller to manage project documentation, organize digital libraries, and ensure timely status reporting. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries and maintain version control.

The role requires a BSc in Engineering or Business, 5 years' experience in engineering/construction contracts, and strong English skills; proficiency with MS Office and a host document management system is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level degree in Engineering or Business is required.
• Proven experience in document control and project documentation.
• Strong written and spoken English required.

Mansioni

• Control, file, log and update status records of all project communications and documents using an electronic/web-based DMS.
• Adhere to document control procedures and confidentiality/audit requirements.
• Organize folders, ensure easy searchability and timely distribution of documents.
