Airswift is seeking a Contracts Advisor to join our PMT for the Safaniyah Water Handling Project in Milan, Italy. The role focuses on development and administration of contracts for large oil & gas initiatives, from conception through execution and termination.

Ideal candidates have a engineering degree and 10–15 years of oil & gas contracting experience on mega projects, with strong English communication skills.

Competenze

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent. MBA is desirable.
10-15 years experience in the oil & gas industry and has project contracting experience on large to mega projects.
Excellent knowledge of English, both written and verbal

Mansioni

Provide complex technical advice and support to contract proponents from the conception of contract service requirements through the execution of a contract to the termination of the contract or service requirements.
Direct and participate in the development of engineering and financial studies that establish feasibilities for contract services and evaluation for alternatives that may be technical, financial and/or procedural/administrative.
Coordinate and/or participate in the development of a professional level of analysis of: Company risk, exposure, technical qualification of bidders, scopes of work for various contract services.
Participate as the contract proponent representative or delegate participation on the Bid Review Team charged with development of a realistic Company position on contract terms and the negotiation of these terms.
Perform other related duties as requested.

Airswift is currently looking for a Contracts Advisor to work with our client

Project Management Team (PMT)

Project: Safaniyah Water Handling Project Division
Project Location: Milan, Italy
PMC Contract Assignment: September 2026 to January 2028
Project phase: Detail Design EPC

Project Scope of Work

Located proximity 20 km to the east of the Gulf line and approximately 12 km Southwest of the existing Safaniyah GOSP-1 facility, the objective of this Budget Item is to provide water supply from three (3) sources; the existing Safaniyah GOSP-1, the new Zuluf AH Central Processing Facility (CPF), and Jaladi aquifer water for the purpose of treatment and injection. The facility will process 1,400MBCD of water for injection to cover the production forecast up to 2035; to ultimately maintain the existing Safaniyah Field’s Maximum Sustainable Capability (MSC). In addition, the scope will expand water facilities in Safaniyah GOSP-1 to accommodate the surplus produced water that exceeds the overall existing formation water system capacity up to year 2035

Job Purpose
