Job summary

Danzas Corporation in Biandrate, Italy, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion) to drive lean transformation across the site. You will lead improvement initiatives, train leaders, and build an organization that delivers measurable performance.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in engineering or economics (or a supply chain master), with at least 2 years in manufacturing/SC CI, strong data skills (Excel, Power BI), and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain.
• At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement in Manufacturing/Supply Chain.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Ability to analyze processes and solve problems.

In this Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion) role you will :

• Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization;
• Engaging Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers

• At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry.

• Good knowledge of the English;
• Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI;
• Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement
