EFESO is seeking an Intern to support consulting teams in project activities and internal initiatives in Milan. The role suits a student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields, eager to gain hands-on experience in management consulting.

No prior work experience is required, but internships or university projects are a plus. You will work alongside experienced consultants on analyses, research, and project preparation, with some travel and flexible hours.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree completed with a solid academic record.
• No professional experience required; internships or university projects welcomed.
• Strong analytical mindset and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data analysis, charts) and PowerPoint (slides). Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python) is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support the project team in day-to-day activities under EFESO consultants.
• Collaborate with EFESO and client teams to prepare materials and progress workstreams.
• Assist analyses, research, and creation of presentations/documentation for deliverables.
