EFESO is seeking a Consultant in Milan with 1–3 years of experience in management consulting or operations. You will support project delivery, collaborate with client teams, and prepare analyses and proposals, contributing to client success and growth.

The role requires travel flexibility, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with analytics tools. A Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering is preferred, with driving license being advantageous.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in management consulting or operations topics.
• English language skills with IELTS 7.0 or Cambridge CAE is a plus.
• Driving license is a plus.

We are looking for a Consultant with 1-3 years of experience in management consulting or in operations related topics. Travel availability and time flexibility are key aspects for the profile.

What we expect you to do

• Support client leaders and other team members in complex projects management.
• Work together with EFESO and Client team to reach project targets and customer satisfaction.
• Carry out analyses and executive documents to support projects’ delivery and proposal drafting.

Education level

At least Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.

Experience

From 1 to 3 years of experience, best if in management consulting or in operations related topics (manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, R&D …).

Basic skills

Basics of Economics & Financials, Lean & Operational Excellence methodologies (e.g. six sigma, VSM, …).

IT skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package, proficiency in advanced analytics tools (e.g. Office Power BI, Tableau). Minitab, Python, SAS would be considered a plus.

Personal skills

Proactivity, flexibility, leadership, goal orientation, curiosity, team working attitude, relational capabilities, creative thinking and originality, ...

Certifications

English (IELTS>7.0, Cambridge CAE or equivalent), other languages knowledge will considered a plus as GMAT or similar.
