SYS-DAT Group, a leading IT solutions provider, through its Versya subsidiary in Carpi, is seeking a Business Consultant to join the consulting department and help optimize client processes via ERP software.

The role involves specialized consulting, requirements analysis, incident management, user training, functional testing and documentation, with compensation determined by skills and qualifications and opportunities for growth in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics, or equivalent qualifications with knowledge of key business processes (accounting and administrative processes).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Online customer management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a team.

• Specialized Consulting: Provide second-level implementation consulting to resolve issues and optimize the client’s business processes through ERP software.

The selected candidate will join the consulting department and will be responsible for

Liability

• Specialized Consulting: Provide second-level implementation consulting to resolve issues and optimize the client’s business processes through the use of ERP software.
• Requirements Analysis: Gather and analyze customer requests to understand their needs and define the most appropriate solutions.
• Incident Management: Take charge of and manage reports of software issues, coordinating activities until they are fully resolved.
• User Training: Organize and conduct training sessions for customers on how to use new modules or implemented features.
• Functional testing: Perform thorough testing to validate the developed solutions and ensure that they meet the client’s requirements.
• Documentation Preparation: Write clear and detailed technical documents that describe the analyses performed and the proposed solutions.

Requirements
