Job summary

Mella Beach Experience cerca un Concierge & Reservations Assistant per gestire prenotazioni dirette e richieste guest. Il ruolo prevede coordinamento con team operativi, autisti e hotel partner lungo la Costa Sorrentina e Amalfi, con possibilità di upselling di transfer e esperienze esclusive.

Ideale candidati con esperienza in hospitality e ottime doti comunicative, in grado di offrire un servizio personalizzato a guest internazionali. Disponibilità fine settimana e stagione estiva.

Qualifications

• Esperienza nel settore hospitality, concierge o guest relations (preferita).
• Ottime capacità comunicative e relazione con i clienti.
• Buone abilità organizzative e problem-solving.
• Conoscenza della Costa Sorrentina e Amalfi coast.
• Fluenza in italiano e inglese.

Responsibilities

• Gestire prenotazioni dirette per Maya Beach Experience e Lido Parthenope.
• Gestire richieste dei ospiti via telefono, email, WhatsApp e canali digitali.
• Coordinate prenotazioni con i team operativi e partner alberghieri.
• Gestire prenotazioni da hotel partner lungo la Costa Sorrentina e Amalfi.
• Coordinare transfer degli ospiti (pickup/ drop-off).
• Collaborare con concierge, autisti e transfer providers.
• Identificare opportunità di upselling e servizi aggiuntivi.
• Garantire un'esperienza cliente fluida e memorabile.

ABOUT US

Maya Beach Experience is a unique luxury lifestyle destination on the Sorrento & Amalfi Coast, featuring an exclusive beach club, restaurants and boutique hospitality in a spectacular private bay.

We are looking for a dynamic, organized and guest-oriented Concierge & Reservations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working with international guests and has excellent organizational and communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Beach Club & Restaurant Reservations

• Manage direct bookings for Maya Beach Experience and Lido Parthenope.
• Handle guest enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and digital channels.
• Coordinate reservations with the operational teams.
• Manage bookings received from partner hotels across the Sorrento & Amalfi Coast.
• Coordinate guest pick-up and drop-off services.
• Communicate with hotel concierges, drivers and transfer providers.

Concierge Services & Upselling

• Assist guests staying at Maya hotels with personalized concierge services.
• Arrange and promote private boat transfers, car transfers, excursions and exclusive experiences.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and additional guest services.

Guest Experience & Customer Satisfaction

• Ensure guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience.
• Assist guests throughout their visit and respond to special requests.
• Proactively solve problems and coordinate with the different departments.
• Collect feedback and contribute to maintaining high service standards.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, concierge or guest relations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Positive, proactive and customer-focused personality.
• Good knowledge of the Sorrento & Amalfi Coast.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Comfortable using booking systems, email and digital communication tools.
• Availability to work weekends and during the summer season.
