Six Senses Rome is seeking an experienced Concierge Host to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting. You will respond to diverse guest requests, provide thoughtful recommendations, and ensure seamless access to resort services and events.

The role requires fluency in English and Italian, plus hands-on knowledge of POS, PMS and CRM systems. Join a brand known for local sensitivity, sustainability and emotional hospitality in the heart of Rome.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year in a luxury hotel operations setting preferred.
• MS Office skills; familiarity with POS, PMS and CRM systems.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages a plus.
• EU work permit is required.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to a wide range of guest requests with accuracy, adding personal touches to maximize satisfaction while following resort standards.
• Accommodate special requests whenever possible.
• Process guest requests related to packages, faxes, messages and mail.
• Assist guests with inquiries about resort services, hours, events, directions, etc.
• Coordinate with departments for transfer-related requests and help guests with transfers if needed.
• Plan and arrange activities for guests during their stay.
• Maintain Six Senses guidelines and service standards; meet and exceed performance benchmarks.
• Adhere to LQA standards and guest feedback.

Duties and Responsibilities

As Concierge Host, I willassume full responsibility for theefficientoperation in the following:

• Responsible for responding to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with resort standards and policies.
• Accommodate special requests whenever possible.
• Process and handle all guest requests in regards to packages, faxes, messages and mail.
• Assist guests in all inquiries in connection with resort services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Coordinate with departments for transfer related requests and assist guests with transfers to and from the hotel if required.
• Recommend, plan, schedule and make arrangement with guests for their preferred activities during the stay.
• Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications & Salary Range

To execute the position of Concierge Host, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar hotel operational setting. Hospitality diploma/degreefrom a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms.I have excellent knowledge of guest related functions, guest service and local surrounding areas.
• Fluent in English & Italian; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
• EU work permit
