Six Senses Rome seeks a Concierge Host to translate the brand vision into guest experiences. You will respond to guest requests with local insight while upholding Six Senses standards and policies.

You will assist with reservations, transfers, activities, and in-house services, ensuring personalized touches and exceptional hospitality in a luxury setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar hotel operational setting.
• Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; familiar with POS, PMS and CRM platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to a wide variety of guest requests, assess needs, and add personal touches to maximize satisfaction.
• Accommodate special requests whenever possible.
• Process guest requests regarding packages, faxes, messages and mail.
• Assist guests with inquiries about resort services, hours of operation, events, and directions.
• Coordinate with departments for transfers and assist guests with transfers as needed.
• Plan and arrange activities for guests during their stay.
• Maintain Six Senses guidelines and standards of service.
• Adhere to LQA standards and guest feedback.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for responding to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with resort standards and policies.
• Accommodate special requests whenever possible.
• Process and handle all guest requests in regards to packages, faxes, messages and mail.
• Assist guests in all inquiries in connection with resort services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Coordinate with departments for transfer related requests and assist guests with transfers to and from the hotel if required.
• Recommend, plan, schedule and make arrangement with guests for their preferred activities during the stay.
• Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications & Salary Range

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar hotel operational setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms. I have excellent knowledge of guest related functions, guest service and local surrounding areas.
• Fluent in English & Italian; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
• EU work permit
