Belmond is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst - Southern Europe to support fair, competitive reward practices across Italy, Spain, and Portugal. Based in Milan, you will partner with regional HR teams, the Global C&B team, and Belmond properties to deliver insightful analysis and accurate reporting.

You will benchmark salaries, contribute to salary surveys, and assist with job mapping and governance to ensure internal equity and competitive compensation.

Competenze

• 3+ years in Compensation & Benefits or related role.
• Experience with salary benchmarking, salary surveys, and compensation reporting.
• Knowledge of job grading, mapping, and job architecture principles.
• Familiarity with EU pay reporting (Gender Pay Gap, Pay Transparency) is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage/analyze complex data.

Mansioni

• Deliver compensation analysis including benchmarking, market positioning, internal equity reviews, and salary range analysis across Southern Europe.
• Support International Compensation Review with data preparation, validation, reporting, and analysis.
• Participate in salary survey submissions and translate market data into practical insights.
• Assist with job mapping and job architecture across Belmond properties in Southern Europe.
• Prepare compensation insights and reports for HR Business Partners and Global C&B Team.
• Support pay equity and EU Pay Transparency preparation with robust reporting.
• Provide analytical support for benefits activities, benchmarking, and governance.
• Maintain accurate compensation, benefits, job and employee data in HRIS systems.
• Support HRIS testing and system improvements affecting compensation or reporting.
• Contribute to statutory and LVMH HR reporting related to compensation and rewards.
