The Social Hub, Florence-based, seeks a Member Programme Intern to help craft memorable in-hub events and build a vibrant community. You’ll coordinate speakers, partners, and guests, manage logistics, and gather feedback to refine future programming.

This hands-on role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Applicants must be EU students in Hospitality/Business/Marketing/Sales, fluent in Italian and English, and available for 39 hours per week for six months.

Competenze

• You are currently enrolled at a university within the EU.
• You are studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• You bring a positive, hands-on attitude and enjoy meeting new people.
• You are organized and comfortable juggling different tasks throughout the day.
• You enjoy teamwork and taking initiative when needed.
• You are fluent in Italian and English. Extra languages are a plus.
• You are available for a full-time internship of 39 hours per week for 6 months.

Mansioni

• Helping to plan, coordinate, and run in-hub events from intimate gatherings to bigger programming moments.
• Liaising with speakers, partners, and members to bring events together.
• Supporting on logistics: scheduling, app updates, comms, room setup, and on-the-day delivery.
• Gathering feedback after events and helping the team refine what works.
• Contributing ideas for new programming that fits our community.
