Xiaomi Italia is seeking a creative and energetic Community Manager based in Milan to become the official voice of the Xiaomi community. You will travel across Italy to meet fans, host events, and produce engaging mobile videos.

The role requires a passion for tech, strong on-camera presence, and ability to grow our online communities through dynamic content and daily interactions.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in community management.
• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills.
• Experience editing mobile video content with CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Rush.
• Willingness to travel across Italy, including weekends.

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and tech-loving Community Manager to join our Milan-based marketing team. In this role, you won't just sit behind a screen. You will be the official voice and face of the Xiaomi community. You will spend your time traveling across Italy to meet our fans, hosting local events, and able to craete quick, engaging video content that captures the spirit of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the Face & Voice: Host local community events, meetups, and product launch gatherings. You will be the primary bridge between Xiaomi and our fans.
• Quick Social Content Creation: Script, shoot, edit, and star in quick-turnaround, engaging social media videos (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) to keep the online community hyped and informed.
• Travel & On-the-Ground Engagement: Travel extensively across Italy to support regional community hubs, organize fan clubs, and cover live events.
• Online Moderation & Growth: Manage and grow our official community platforms (forums, Telegram channels, social groups), fostering positive discussions and keeping fans engaged with daily interactions.
• Feedback Loop: Listen closely to our fans on the ground and online, translating their feedback into actionable insights for our local marketing and product teams.

What We Are Looking For

• A True Tech Enthusiast: You genuinely love technology, smartphones, smart home gadgets, and keeping up with the latest industry innovations.
• Camera-Ready & Charismatic: You have a natural on-camera presence, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, approachable vibe. You enjoy being in the spotlight and presenting.
• Mobile Video Skills: You know how to quickly shoot and edit high-quality mobile video content (using CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, or social editors) on the go.
• Willingness to Travel: You are flexible and highly enthusiastic about traveling frequently within Italy, especially on weekends when community events typically happen.
• Junior Experience: 1–2 years of experience in community management. Strong personal social media/creators/influencers with a solid portfolio but "zero" corporate experience are also highly encouraged to apply!
• Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in local language (crucial for connecting with local fans) and professional working proficiency in English (for internal collaboration and reporting).
