Deliveroo in Milan is seeking a Regional Activation Manager to design and execute local marketing strategies, coordinating a cross-functional team to drive hyper-local growth and boost brand awareness across Italian regions.
The role is hybrid in Milan, reporting to the Italy Marketing Head. You will manage regional campaigns end-to-end, collaborate with local partners, and optimize budgets while analyzing performance to maximize ROI.

Our newly created Regional Marketing team turns Deliveroo's brand and commercial strategy into local reality. With a deep understanding of local consumers, restaurants, and riders, we translate national marketing frameworks into activations that actually move the needle on the ground.
We’re looking for a Regional Activation Manager to join our Milan team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us drive localized marketing strategies, unlocking hyper‑local growth and boosting brand awareness across key Italian regions.
You’ll be joining the Marketing team, reporting into the Italy Marketing Head. As part of this team, you will be in charge of designing local marketing strategies, as well as leading the execution by coordinating a cross functional team.

Classification Level: Quadro
The salary range for this role is €66,000 – €83,000 gross per year.
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on a number of job‑related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
This position would be eligible for consideration for an equity award grant of restricted stock units on commencement and during the annual pay review cycle. Upon commencement of employment, you would be eligible to be considered for a grant. Thereafter, any further grants would be at the Company's discretion.
