Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Monza invites applications for a six-month paid Finance Intern in the Controlling team. The role offers hands-on learning in a dynamic, international manufacturing environment within the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant in Monza.

You will develop skills in cost analysis, SAP reporting support, and finance report standardization while gaining exposure to corporate reporting processes and SOX procedures. MSc in Finance and strong MS Office and English are preferred.

Qualifications

• MSc in Finance-related field, preferably with a focus on controlling and on manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of cost controlling main metrics and concepts.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly analysis to support accurate record of costs, reserves, revenue.
• Actively support the mapping review of the SAP Financial Statement.
• Standardization and Digitalization of Finance Reports.
• Support in monthly reporting data load into Corporate reporting system.
• Support the SOX procedures review.

You will join the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant in Monza to support the Finance - Controlling Team. Using your academic background, analytical skill and attention to details, you will gain a hands-on experience in a highly dynamic and international manufacturing environment.

During the six-month paid internship you will have the opportunity to be engaged on the following activities:
