ADLER Spa Resorts & Retreats in Ortisei (Dolomites) invites applications for a Commis de Rang (f/m/d) starting autumn 2026 at the 5* ADLER Dolomiti. You will support the Chef de Rang during service, help maintain elegant service areas, and ensure flawless table settings in a luxury environment.

Ideal candidates have a hotel school qualification and good knowledge of Italian and English, with German preferred.

Competenze

• Hotel school graduation.
• Good knowledge of Italian, English, and preferably German.
• Passion for hospitality.
• Team-oriented and able to interact with colleagues.

Mansioni

• You support the Chef de Rang during the service.
• You prepare and maintain the service areas properly in order.
• You ensure that the table and mise en place are always perfectly arranged.
• You assist guests with courtesy, professionalism, and a smile.
