Castelfalfi is seeking a Commis de Rang to join its luxury hospitality estate, located between Pisa, Florence and Siena. You will work with a high-performing team in a five-star context, delivering attentive service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires punctuality, reliability and knowledge of Italian cuisine basics; fluent English is essential and knowledge of additional languages is a plus. The contract is full-time with a gross monthly salary starting from €1,678, including

Main duties and responsibilities

• Excellent team playing skills, punctuality, precision and attention to detail, empathy and customer orientation
• Fluent English. Good knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage
• Experience in the role in high-level catering contexts or in five-star hospitality

Contractual Terms

• Full-time contract under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism sector.
• Gross monthly salary starting from €1.678
