Bonatti is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Commercial Department in Parma, Italy. You will support the Commercial Director in planning, coordinating and monitoring strategic initiatives with a focus on digital innovation and AI, working closely with internal stakeholders and external technology providers.

The role combines project management with hands-on promotion of AI adoption and continuous improvement, including regular PMO reporting and collaboration across functions

Competenze

• Master's degree as stated in the requirements.
• 1 year of experience in management consulting or PMO/transformation roles in an international setting is required.
• Proven project coordination, stakeholder management and business case development.
• Familiarity with digital transformation or AI projects is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of Spanish/Portuguese is advantageous.

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our Commercial Department and support the Commercial Director in planning, coordinating and monitoring strategic and transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on digital innovation and Artificial Intelligence.

The role combines project management and coordination activities with the opportunity to contribute to the identification and implementation of digital and AI-related initiatives aimed at improving commercial processes and business performance.

The selected candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external technology providers, supporting the progress of key initiatives and promoting the adoption of AI tools within the Commercial Department.

The role is based within the Commercial Department and reports directly to the Commercial Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic and transformation projects: Support the definition, planning and execution of strategic initiatives across the Commercial function, coordinating stakeholders and monitoring milestones, progress and critical issues.
• Identify digital and AI use cases: Gather business needs from across the department, contribute to ideation, build business cases and help prioritize digital initiatives.
• Monitor selected initiatives: Coordinate internal stakeholders and external technology vendors, track delivery and ensure timely updates on ongoing projects.
• Provide PMO reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on project status, milestones, risks, critical issues and decisions required.
• Drive AI adoption: Promote the use of AI tools among colleagues through hands‑on support, knowledge‑sharing sessions and feedback collection to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in management consulting (ideally with a leading firm) or in project/transformation management roles within an international organization, with exposure to transformation projects and/or PMO activities. Experience in digital transformation or AI-related projects is a plus.
• Project coordination and stakeholder management; business case development and quantitative analysis; interest in and familiarity with AI and its business applications; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Italian and English. Spanish and/or Portuguese would be an advantage, given the role's interaction with South American operations.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different functions and cultures.
• Proactive and autonomous approach, with a drive to promote change and deliver results.

Location: Parma, Italy.

Travel: Occasional international travel may be required, particularly to South America and other regions where Bonatti operates.

Smart Working: 1 to 2 days per week.
