Technogym cerca un Commercial Sales Controller da inserire nell HQ Finance Team a Cesena. Supporta le operazioni con controllo e steering proattivo del business, fornendo insight finanziari per guidare la strategia e le decisioni a breve e lungo termine.

Responsabile di reporting di vendita, forecasting, budgeting e KPI, con conoscenza ERP (SAP/Oracle) e strumenti di analisi dati (Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Richiesta esperienza 6–8 anni e master in finanza.

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale in Finanza, Contabilità, Economia Aziendale, Information Systems o campo correlato.
• 6–8 anni di esperienza rilevante.
• Competenze avanzate di modellazione finanziaria, analisi finanziaria e forecasting.
• Esperienza in budgeting e tecniche di forecasting, incluse rolling forecast.
• Competenze avanzate di analisi dati, reporting e uso di strumenti (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarità con metodologie e strumenti di project management per monitorare avanzamento progetti.
• Capacità di definire, monitorare e analizzare KPI.
• Esperienza con sistemi ERP (SAP, Oracle) per reporting finanziario.

Mansioni

• Supervisionare l’implementazione e lo sviluppo dei reporting di vendita, allineati al processo di eccellenza commerciale, offrendo analisi di KPI e metriche finanziarie.
• Gestire forecast di performance commerciali (lead, proposte, ordini, ricavi, RC, ritardi) su tutte le dimensioni del modello di business.
• Contribuire alla formulazione di previsioni e budget preparando analisi di variazione mensili da prospettiva P&L, totali e per dimensione di modello di business.
• Supervisionare la gestione progetti, monitorando avanzamento, follow-up to-do, gap analysis, problem solving e recovery.
• Condurre analisi per P&L e KPI in preparazione al rinnovo contrattuale e al monitoraggio periodico.
• Definire e aggiornare i sistemi di incentivazione per la rete vendita.

Your Role

We are looking for an energetic and process-driven Commercial Sales Controller to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). Reporting to the CFO, you will support operations through proactive steering and control of the business, acting as a trusted Finance Business Partner – providing financial insight to help guide the Technogym strategy and enable business leaders to make the smartest short- and long-term decisions.

Your Impact

• Oversee the implementation and development of sales reporting, in alignment with our sales excellence process, delivering comprehensive analyses of financial metrics and business KPIs.
• Manage forecasts of commercial performance (e.g., leads, proposals, orders, revenue, RC, overdue) across all dimensions of the business model.
• Contribute to the formulation of forecasts and budgets by preparing monthly variance analyses from a P&L perspective, both in total and by business model dimension.
• Oversee project management, including monitoring project progress through to-do list follow-ups, gap analysis, problem-solving, and recovery planning.
• Conduct analyses for P&L and financial KPIs in preparation for contract renewal and periodic progress tracking/follow-up.
• Define and update incentive systems for the sales network.

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

What you should bring

• Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and the ability to conduct detailed financial analyses and forecasting.
• Experience with budgeting processes and forecasting techniques, including rolling forecasts.
• Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and the use of reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools for tracking project progress and managing deliverables.
• Ability to define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial reporting and analysis.

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition.

For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 40,000 and 80,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
