Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions Europe seeks an experienced after-sales and technical support technician for our Refrigeration product range across Europe. You will be the main contact for Local Sales Offices, diagnosing issues and providing solutions on site when required.

You will contribute to technical bulletins and training materials, support special projects, and collaborate with factory teams. This international role offers growth in a multinational environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of after-sales experience in commercial refrigeration/chillers/rooftop units or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning principles.
• Proficiency with software used in the refrigeration sector.

Mansioni

• Provide after-sales and technical support for Refrigeration products across Europe.
• Support Local Sales Offices (LSOs) within Europe and participate in on-site diagnostics when needed.
• Create and maintain technical bulletins and training materials for the service team.
• Assist with project revisions for special projects and liaise with factory on topics.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Your role is to provide after sales & technical support for all Refrigeration product range at European level. You’re the main contact with our Local Sales Offices (LSO), as described below. You can go on site in Europe, to support local after sales teams to establish diagnostic and solve issues.

• Support on after-sales and give solutions of various LSOs within Europe.
• Support on pre-sales and give solutions of various LSOs within Europe.
• Support on project´s revision for special projects.
• Support to specific few customers directly.
• Creation and maintenance of a document general library internal and for LSOs
• Creation of technical bulletins with explanation to our service team
• Provide help, documentation, and proactive approach for training
• Go on site when necessary to establish first diagnostic & provide solutions
• Contact with factory for specific topics
• All above are related to main activities 2 and 3 (ANNEX1)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Technician in thermal field
• Experience of minimum 5 years in after sales business, related to Commercial Refrigeration /Chillers/Rooftop or equivalent
• General Skills in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• Proficiency in using specific software in the refrigeration sector
