Panasonic Heating & Ventilation Air-conditioning Europe in Milan is seeking a Commercial Refrigeration Technical Expert to provide after-sales support and solutions across Europe. You will assist on pre-sales, handle project revisions, and directly support select customers.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in after-sales, related to Commercial Refrigeration/Chillers/Rooftop or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Proficient with software used in the refrigeration sector.
• Fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Provide after-sales support and solutions for LSOs across Europe.
• Assist pre-sales with technical solutions for LSOs in Europe.
• Review projects for special assignments and revisions.
• Support key customers directly on selected topics.
• Create and maintain internal and external document libraries.
• Produce technical bulletins for the service team.
• Deliver training materials and enable on-site diagnostics when needed.
• Travel to sites to perform first diagnostics and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with factory on topic-specific issues.
• All activities relate to main duties 2 and 3 (ANNEX1).

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Support on after-sales and give solutions of various LSOs within Europe.
• Support on pre-sales and give solutions of various LSOs within Europe.
• Support on project´s revision for special projects.
• Support to specific few customers directly.
• Creation and maintenance of a document general library internal and for LSOs
• Creation of technical bulletins with explanation to our service team
• Provide help, documentation, and proactive approach for training
• Go on site when necessary to establish first diagnostic & provide solutions
• Contact with factory for specific topics
• All above are related to main activities 2 and 3 (ANNEX1)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Technician in thermal field
• Experience of minimum 5 years in after sales business, related to Commercial Refrigeration /Chillers/Rooftop or equivalent
• General Skills in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• Proficiency in using specific software in the refrigeration sector
• English fluent
